Out With The New, In With The Old

I’m sure you all remember a few months ago when Gap decided to change their logo. Their original logo wasn’t anything very creative, just GAP in white on a navy blue background. The new design changed up the font, made it a bit fancier, nothing special. When it was released to the public, everyone went crazy! They wanted the capital letter GAP back. Of course, Gap decided it was best to stick with the old and lose the new design.  Even though their original logo wasn’t anything spectacular, it still resonated well with consumers. Now, sources are stating that the president of Gap’s North American division has been fired because of the attempted redesign! So there you have it. Sometimes change is bad, except when it comes to clothing store presidents.
